Christian held senior positions at Ipsos, ORC International, and Engine Insights some of the most innovative marketing research companies in the world. In those opportunities, Christian played a key role in major technological changes through the introduction of CATI, the development of research databases, the transition to Internet technologies, the development of client portals, and the CX technology transformation of several major clients. Christian has worked with leading-edge clients including CVS, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Microsoft.
Christian was educated at the University of California, Berkeley and UCLA.
